Andrew began his career in the background screening industry in 1998. The industry was young and supporting technology was virtually nonexistent. Therefore, companies had to rely on their customer service attributes. Andrew brought a wealth of customer service experience to the industry. His emphasis on providing the finest customer service helped him build Edufacts/USBS into a successful company that still prides itself on its high level of personal service that our competitors cannot match.
Brenda Shaw, Vice President of Verifications
Brenda has brought 15 years of experience in the background screening industry to Edufacts/USBS. Brenda began her career as a verifications specialist which consisted of hands on verification of previous employment, education, professional & personal references, and license verifications. Joining our team in 2007, Brenda oversees our entire staff of verifications specialists and is a liaison between clients and our internal departments. Brenda’s goal is to make sure our clients feel the human touch with every e-mail and phone call. Brenda finds a great deal of satisfaction knowing that she assisted our client companies in making educated hiring decisions.
Robert Harada, Vice President of Operations
Robert’s expertise in banking and securities has helped him thrive in the world of background screening. Robert joined Edufacts/USBS in 2009 bringing with him vast skill sets across the board. Robert oversees the daily operations of our firm with a watchful eye. Customer service, research, accounting, and verifications report to Robert frequently so that he can ensure Edufacts/USBS delivers accurate results in a timely manner. The growth our company has achieved under Robert’s guidance is unprecedented.
